| The Energy Body | |
The energy body consist of the aura (energy field), chakras (energy centers) and meridians (energy pathways.) Just like our physical body needs food to nourish it and give it energy, our energy body requires the same thing. The aura takes the energy in, the chakras break it down, and the meridians and nadis distribute it throughout the body. Our energy field is affected by our environment, the people we come into contact and interact with, what we eat and what happens in our lives. This leads to energetic wounds and stuck or energetic blocks in our chakras which make it difficult for them to effectively move the energy to the meridians and nadis so that they can distribute the life force energy throughout our bodies. This is why it is important to clear the chakras and meridians of stuck and blocked energies. |

Chakra Flush—Chakra means “wheel” in Sanskirt and refers to vortices which vibrate within the energy body. Although there are an estimated 300 Chakras throughout the body, there are 7 major chakras. The Seven Chakra Flush is a method to clear out and remove old blocked and stuck energy resulting from energetic wounds that accumulate over time. |

Reiki is life force energy that works on the energy body to help facilitate a more balanced, state, which increases our overall health and well-being. When the Reiki energy is channeled, like water, it will flow to where ever it is needed. | |
